Revenue & claims

How game revenue reaches eligible plots, when it settles, and what moves with ownership.

Where the revenue comes from

Paid plays and collected creator fees fund the plot pools. They are accounted for separately from $CADE plot purchases, resales and steals.

SourcePlot allocationTreasury allocation
A used paid play0.75 USDC to its game’s plot pool0.25 USDC
Collected creator fees100%, split evenly between the four games0% fixed cut

A pack costs 5 USDC for five shared plays. Each paid run attributes 1.00 USDC to its game when it starts, including a run later abandoned. Unused purchased plays remain unallocated until used. Credits bought at the previous price keep their original 0.20 USDC per-play value; only new 5 USDC packs attribute 1 USDC per play. Free plays generate no entry revenue.

For example, 100 USDC of creator fees allocates 25 USDC to each game, with no fixed treasury cut. Existing unowned, inactive and fractional-cent rules still apply; 100% is allocated to plot pools, but only eligible ownership earns a claim. Tiny indivisible cent remainders are apportioned consistently between games in the accounting.

Each plot’s share

Every game has twenty plot weights, from 1 to 20, totalling 210. A plot receives its weight ÷ 210 of its game’s eligible plot pool. Its equivalent share of gross paid-game revenue is 75% × weight ÷ 210.

For example, with 100 USDC of paid revenue and an eligible full-day owner, a weight-20 plot receives 100 × 75% × 20 ÷ 210 = approximately 7.142857 USDC before rounding. Its paid-play allocation settles at 7.14 USDC. Separately, 100 USDC in collected creator fees puts 25 USDC into each game. A full-day active owner of plot 20 earns 25 × 20 ÷ 210 = approximately 2.380952 USDC from creator fees, before rounding. This illustrates the calculation, not an expected daily income.

The shares stay fixed. Unowned or inactive plots do not increase another owner’s percentage; their allocations stay in the treasury. See the full plot table.

Daily activity and ownership time

Complete one valid run of the associated game during each UK day to activate all plots you own in that game for that day. Free and purchased plays qualify. Your own run completed earlier that day also qualifies a plot acquired later; you do not need another run after every purchase.

Activity in Blockfall does not activate Depeg plots. Buying, stealing or receiving a plot does not copy the previous owner’s game activity. Settlement checks each ownership period against that owner’s completed-game activity for the day.

Paid-play revenue qualifies only for paid starts that occur during eligible ownership. A purchase cannot earn from paid plays started before it. A qualifying run later the same UK day can activate your ownership period for that day.

Creator-fee allocations are prorated for the actual time each qualifying owner held the plot during the UK day. The calculation uses the day’s real duration of 23, 24 or 25 hours in Europe/London. Time before the first purchase earns nothing for the plot.

Revenue assigned to unowned periods or an inactive owner’s period stays in the treasury. Missing a day does not erase previously accrued earnings or take away ownership, although the plot remains subject to the steal rule.

Daily settlement

A revenue day closes at midnight in Europe/London, including GMT and BST. Earnings are calculated after that day closes, from its paid-play events, recorded creator fees, ownership history and completed-game activity.

For each plot, its total eligible daily allocation is rounded down to whole USDC cents. The fraction below one cent stays in the treasury; it does not carry to the next day.

Account, floor and game requests, together with a scheduled job, process completed days and leaderboard periods. Revenue calculations wait for the confirmed ownership history. Midnight closes the period; it is not an instant payout transaction. Each period is settled once, so repeated requests do not duplicate revenue or Ticket bonuses.

Earnings when ownership changes

All unclaimed earnings belong to the plot and move with it on resale, direct transfer or a steal. This includes the already claimable balance, qualifying current-day revenue still awaiting settlement, and requested or approved claims that have not been paid.

For example, a plot sold during the day keeps eligible revenue from the previous owner’s active ownership period. At settlement that accrual is added to the plot, so its current owner can request it. The former owner has no separate claim on it after the transfer.

A pending claim changes to the new recipient and needs renewed administrator approval. The payout transaction checks that the recipient still owns the plot; a payment prepared for the former owner cannot execute after ownership changes.

The new owner’s own activity determines further revenue during their ownership period. Amounts already paid before the ownership change stay with the recipient who received them.

Claiming earnings

Select a plot you own on the Arcade Floor and use Claim to request its settled earnings. The request joins an administrator approval queue. Approval and a confirmed treasury-funded USDC payment complete the claim; clicking Claim does not immediately send money.

Unclaimed balances accumulate and do not expire at midnight. You can request an existing settled balance while inactive. Daily gameplay is required for new revenue, not for requesting amounts already accrued.

Only the current owner can request a new claim. If a sale, transfer or steal happens while a request is waiting, the claim follows the plot to its new owner and must be approved again. The confirmed payment removes the paid amount from the plot balance.

Earnings depend on collected revenue and eligibility. If there is no allocated revenue, there are no earnings. There is no guaranteed amount, return or payout date.

Treasury and launch configuration

The treasury receives 25% of paid-play revenue, unowned and inactive allocations, and fractional-cent rounding remainders. It takes no fixed percentage of creator fees: 100% funds the plot pools. Initial plot-purchase and steal payments in $CADE also go to the treasury. Voluntary resale $CADE goes to the seller instead.

Treasury wallet: 0x3066aF0778c9673c14e3CeD4137f84D193411D2d.

Creator-fee revenue enters the accounting only after the administrator verifies a distinct transfer to the treasury. The same receipt cannot be counted twice or reused as both a play-entry payment and creator fees.

Approved claims are funded by the treasury or contract owner in a wallet transaction, including its network fee. Claim processing time depends on approval and confirmation; no instant payout schedule is promised.
